• Qualifications:

    • Prior experience as a teacher or substitute teacher preferred

    • Completion of Effective Teacher Training (at a community college) preferred

    • Familiarity with Google tools (Drive, Docs, Slides) preferred 

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Follow regular teacher’s lesson plans in a way that ensures consistency with regular routines and instruction

    • Manage student behavior to optimize the learning environment

    • Maintain a positive learning environment

    • Carry out additional duties, such as lunch supervision or dismissal supervision, as detailed in lessons plans

  • Care for children after school in grades preschool 3s to 8.

    Hours are 2:30p - 5:30p, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for college schedules. Opportunities for more hours available on Teacher Workdays. 

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Active supervision and participation

    • Help with homework

    • Communication with parents at pick-up

    • General tidying up

    • Upholding the values of the school  

    Qualifications Include:

    • Minimum age of 18 years

    • Desire and ability to work with children

    • Able to lift 50lbs

    • Reliable, team player, excellent communication skills

    • CPR/First Aid Certified preferred, but willing to train

    Pay:

    $15/hr
